Waterscape
I often find inspiration in painting water scenes. One of the many benefits of living in New Jersey is that the ocean, lakes, rivers, and reservoirs are only a short car ride away. When traveling, I'll take photos to use as references for studio paintings.​​
Plein Air
Plein air studies are small, quick paintings, finished, on location, within a 2-3 hour timeframe. They can often stand alone as a finished piece or become the basis for larger paintings.
